BOQ Item Description: (i) Frame Construction- Made from heavy duty 11-gauge steel (3 mm thick), rectangular or oval tubing (usually 50 x 100 mm) Powder coated finish for rust, sweat and scratch resistance.

(ii) Bench Platform- Fixed flat bench with IPF - standard height (42-45 cm from floor). High-density foam padding covered in anti - microbial sweat - resistant PU leather.

(iii) Barbell Holders- Dual height bar catches for easy re-racking, made of steel with UHMW inserts to protect bar knurling. Distance between uprights should be 110-120 cm, suitable for standard Olympic bars.

(iv) Spotter Platform- Integrated rear platform or elevated standing area for spotters (on premium models). Provided stability and safety during heavy lifts.

(v) Safety Armsor Spotter Catches Adjustable sporting arms or crash bars available in some models for added safety. Protect lifter in case of failed rep.
