Notice Inviting Tender for procurement for Leasing out Space for Canteen / Cafeteria Jhansi Campus of RLBCAU

Auction Detail: Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University(RLBCAU) Jhansi, (hereinafter referred to as the “University”), an Institute of National Importance, invites online for appointment of Licensee and lease of Space for and Cafeteria / Canteen for RLBCAU Jhansi Fraternity in Jhansi Campus as per the Tender document. The Bidder shall provide the required items to the University Fraternity, as per specified timings at reasonable or fixed price, best quality and right quantity. The University has an approximate strength of 1300 stakeholders including Students (1000) and Faculty & Staff(300). The Tender document can be downloaded from GeM Portal. Any clarification regarding the Bid document can be obtained from Estate Office, RLBCAU Jhansi on or before the Pre-Bid Meeting. Contract will be initially for 03 Years extendable to 05 Years on Yearly basis based on performance and mutually agreed Terms & Conditions. Bid Submission: Technical & Financial Bids would be submitted as per Appendices A & B respectively as per Timelines shown on Gem Portal.
