1Inspect pneumatic pipe lines, hoses and solenoid valves for leakage and arrest if any. 2Check for pneumatic cylinder mounting fasteners, studs and pins. Tighten fasteners & stud if found loose and lock cylinder mounting pins. 3Check cylinders of kicker, pivot and clamping unit and replace defective. 4Clean FRL units, refill SS-32 oil to FRL and lubrication of all bearings and bushes of kicker assembly, pivot mechanism, clamping units, back stoppers etc. 5Check for smooth operation of pneumatic cylinders and adjust flow control valve if required. 6Check all fasteners and tighten the loose fasteners. 7Inspection of kicker assembly for proper working and replace/ repair any defective. 8Inspection and attention to main rails, guide rails, guide channels, back stoppers and its support structures and align the rails on both entry and exit side. 9Inspection of wheel clamping assembly for any damages and repair/replace defective. 10Inspection of structures for welding cracks and damages and attend if required.
