Supply of motorized boom rest locking box assembly of 110 Volt AC as per Drg No. SWA/ELB/ 2021/49 confirming to RDSO specification no.-RDSO/SPN/208/2012 version 2.0 suitable for all type of Power Operated Lifting Barrier(POLB). Make: Global, Heidz, Pragati, Dashmesh etc. Note- The firm may ensure the incorporation of the following instruction in above item: 1) Motor should be procured from RDSO approved source. 2) Provision of redundancy in all the Limit switches of Lock Post of ELB for close position and lock d etection. 3) Boom U-Clamp movement inside the Lock Post should be restricted within a chamber to allow it s movement only if it is aligned properly. This will ensure that if boom U- clamp enters the lock post chamb er, it shall be locked by lock plunger. 4) Suitable Provision to reduction in impact on limit switches during lo cking operations.
