MNGEPL intends to identify land to develop Solar/Renewable Energy Power Projects in the State of Maharashtra. MNGEPL invites proposals from prospective Private Land Owners, Sole Proprietors, Partnerships, LLP, Consortium, Companies, Co-operative Societies, Registered NGOs, Registered Trusts, Government Agencies, Government Companies, PSUs, and Land Aggregators willing to offer fenced land on outright sale anywhere across Maharashtra. The land should be completely fenced at the time of handing over to MNGEPL and must be at least 1000 acres at a single location. Preference will be given to offers proposing land for outright sale and then to sites having higher capacity to be established at a single location.
