BOQ Item Description: Supplying, fabricating and installing mild steel anchor bolts / holding down bolts, pipes, sleeves, inserts, hangers, conduits and any other mild steel, cast iron, G.I.Cast steel and other fixures including lugs in cement concrete, including necessary templates for keeping them in position and with welding, bending to the required shape, if necessary and prime coat and final painting whereever necessary/applicable, cost of scaffolding, as required, at all leads and lifts, storing, handling, transporting, erection without damage, placing in position, maintaining proper quality control etc. all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note

i) All materials shall be from M/s SAIL, IISCO, RINL and TATA Steel from their own plants rolled from virgin material only. ii) Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts etc. shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the quoted rate. iii) Contractor shall supply copies of the documentary evidence of purchase of steel, test certificates from these manufacturers and also tests from third party, if required, to be arranged at no extra cost.

iv) All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted. v) Electrodes manufactured by M/s Advani Oerlikon, ESAB India, Indian Oxygen and DandH SECHERON only shall be used.
