BOQ Item Description: Supplying fixing and placing of Seminar Hall Chair as per reference image of size four hundred millimeters width by four hundred fifty millimeters depth by nine hundred fifty millimeters height and direction of Engineer in Charge The chair framework is to be made of forty five millimeters by forty five millimeters Class Two teak wood Kiln seasoned and chemically treated six millimeters thick commercial plywood with fifty millimeters thick foam elastic strap layer of jute etc in seat duly upholstered in fabric or leather of approved shade and quality Seasoned second class teak wood finished with two or more coats of melamine polish will be used for the outer structure wherever visible as per image attached This includes side rest arms back rest sides corners and legs Side hand rest back rests legs and corners to be made as shown in the image attached The foam used shall be Flexi polyurethane foam with a density of not less than forty kilograms per cubic meter All the wood used shall be well seasoned and free from knots and any other defects The fabric or leather used shall have a basic cost not less than Rupees nine hundred per running meter The colour and texture of fabric or leather shall be as approved by Engineer in Charge
