Instructions/Remarks: [1] Restriction- The Railway reserve the right to order entire or bulk quantity on RDSO approved firm, the status of firm shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening andnot thereafter, unless a case of downgrading-removal-suspension-banning . 2] Place of Delivery, [i] Dy.CMM-JMP for 31 sets. [3]Firm should quote for direct delivery todestination, otherwise the offer is liable to be ignored. [4] Delivery Period, Earliest delivery period is to be quoted [preferably within 4 months]. [5] Inspection Clause, by RITES.[6] GC-WC Clause, Guarantee-Warrantee as per specification, where specification does not include GC-WC, the same is to be as per IRS. [7] Marking of Material SuppliedClause, Manufacturers-Suppliers trade mark along with month and year of manufacturing is to be indicated on the product-boxes-cartoons as stipulated in Specification-Drawings or as per feasablity as the case may be. [8] Price Variation Clause, PVC is not applicable in the instant case. [9] This is an E procurement tender, against which nomanual tender is accepted. The quotation is to be submitted on line, in www.ireps.gov.in . The details of tender along with description etc. are available in www.ireps.gov.in.[10] Any technical clarification regarding drawing - specification can be obtained from CME sDrawing office.Drawing-Specification[s] other than RDSO-DLW, can also beobtained from the above office after payment of requisite cost. [11] Other Terms are as per IRS Condition of contract and general condition of contract. [12] The offer should bekept valid for 90 days from the date of opening of the tender.
