The component must featu re superior workmanship and highgrade structural durability using premium forged or medium carbon steel Highly rugged grade capable of withstanding heavy operational loads and severe cyclic stress followed by t he suitable precised Case Hardening procedure to withstand during railway wheel profiling operations and t o resist intense metal-to-metal contact during shaping of railway wheels, the roller thread/contact surface must undergo heavy-duty, deep-case induction hardening to achieve an optimum wearresistance profile alo ng with a precision-grind finish to maintain a positive, nonslip friction drive. The item must be completely fr ee from internal defects, surface laminations, or machining flaws, ensuring 100% immediate physical interc hangeability with the existing OEM assembly without requiring any site modification.
