Each set comprising of 1) L ock Rod (RH) to Drg.No.RDSO/S.11006 Alt- PTJ/8 :- 1No, 2) Lock Rod (LH) to Drg.No.RDSO/S.11007 Alt- PTJ/8:- 1No, Each Lock Rod RH & LH shall be supplied with 2 Nos of Nut MS Hex M24x3mm pitch to IS: 1364 part-3, 2 Nos of Lock Nut MS M24x3mm pitch to IS:1364 part-4, 2 Nos of Washer MS Punched M2 4 to IS:2016 Type-A and 2 Nos of Spring Washer B24 to IS:3063 All these fasteners are to be supplied i n assembled condition and shall be Zinc plated to Grade Fe/Zn 25 to IS:1573 and yellow passivated to IS:1340. Ultrasonic testing to be conducted by the supplier on Lock rods to ensure the material is free from internal cracks/defects and for proof of this, test certificate from reputed testing labs shall be enc losed along with each supply.
