Linear Motion (LM) Guideways for Y axis of new scrap wheel cutting machine to model no.SH S45 of THK or exactly equivalent in HIWIN, INA (Schaeffler), Rotolinear or NSK. Specifications: Rail length :1 660mm; Mounting hole pitch (P) : 105 mm ; G dimension : 35 mm. NOTE: (A) The above rails are used in co mbination. Hence, the butting ends shall be properly ground and finished, perpendicularity to be maintaine d for all the rails; (B) The LM Guide Rail shall be fully compatible with the LM Block Model SHS45C of THK m ake. (C)Only OEMs or their authorized dealers shall quote. A valid Authorized Dealership Certificate (ADC) must be submitted along with the offer. (D) A sample of one number of LM guide to be supplied for approva l prior to dispatch of the entire PO qty. (E) Warranty certificate to be furnished along with the supply for a p eriod of 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of fitment.
