Remarks Bidder shall submit DD for tender fee, FDR for EMD or EMD Exemption certificate and other documents as mentioned above in electronic format only through online by scanning while uploading the bid. This submission shall mean that EMD and tender fee are received. Accordingly, those bids shall be opened whose EMD and tender fee are received electronically. For the purpose of realization of DD and FDR at the time of tender opening, send the same by RPAD or Speed Post in physical form from Date 08-09-2026 to 16-09-2026 so as to reach the Deputy Executive Engineer, Irrigation Sub Division, Umrala office on the date shown above during office hours at this division. Tender fee and EMD received later than the time specified will not be accepted in any case and the bid of that bidder shall be considered non-responsive. Penalty action for not submitting DD or FDR shall be initiated. Registration shall be kept in abeyance for one year and the e-tendering code shall be cancelled for one year. Any document in support of the bid shall be submitted in electronic format only through online by scanning etc. and hard copies will not be accepted separately.
