Supply Fitting & Fixing of SOS Make SL 60Modular workstation Frame The frame shall be made of extruded aluminum sections having 60mm width and average wall thickness 1 6mm The frame shall be powder coated with epoxy polyester powder with the average thickness 50 to 60 microns conforming to IS 138711993 The frame shall be joined together by Aluminum connectors and all visible aluminum shall be powder coated Main Frame shall be of 60mm thickness offering various functional and decorative finishes as well as cable management capacity Height of frame available 1200mm Width of frame available 1050mm 1200mm
Joints posts connectors trims The Two frame shall be Joined together In 90 degree by using post connector shall be made of CRCA sheet confirming to IS513 2008 Connectors shall be fitted to A Pole with the help of M6 x 16 pan head machine screw and washer The Comers shall be concealed by posts Covers which shall be a half round Aluminum profiles made up of aluminum extrusion confirming IS733 1983
Tiles The tiles shall be made to fit the shape of the module and frame These tiles shall be supported from top and bottom sides with the Tile holder Tile holder used to incorporate the tile at specified location shall be made of 1 2m Aluminum extrusion confirming the IS 733 1983 with specified powder coating finish up 50 to 60 micron Tiles are made up of by following material
PRELAMINATED TILES Laminate tiles shall be made up of 9mm thick prelam one side laminated particle board confirming to IS2046 1995 in color as specified and 1mm groove is made on both the edge of the tile
