Industrial Safety Face Shield attached with Safety Helmet with detailed specifications as per Annexure-I attached. a. The Safety Helmet should be as per IS 2925:1984 (Reaffirmed in 1995) with HDPE Shell Material, Ratchet Type Head Band, Air Vent Holes, Nylon Chin Strap, Electrical/Heat/Water Resistant C ertification, Max. Weight up-to 300gms, with shelf life of 5 years & Warranty Period of 12 Months. b. The Sa fety Face Shield with Minimum thickness of 2mm & should be as per IS 8521:1977(Reaffirmed in 2007) Part 1 (Type 3 Class1). Face shield should have Polypropylene Bracket Holder, Polycarbonate Visor & Minimum Warranty Period of 12 Months.(The Detailed Specifications are attached in Annexure-I) Material to be procu red from OEM or its authorized dealer/distributer only. One sample to be approved first before bulk supply. The Lab Test reports must be obtained from NABL approved Lab only. Lab Test Certificate must be provide d during supply of sample & Warranty Certificate must be provided during supply of Material. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
