"Fabrication and manufacturing of solid precast concrete element for building as per approved plan (excluding foundation brick work upto plinth level) with provisions of shear keys, connecting loops, dowel rubes and proper lifting accessories for walls, beams, slabs, stairs column with prestressing steel stands reinforcement & wire fabric. Erection & installation of Precast/prestress concrete elements incorrect & ï¬nal position with proper line level & plumb at site making all arrangements (i.e.cranes, push-pull jacks and another T&P for lifting placing & alignment of elements, within erection tolerance.) Laying of approved floor tiles, ï¬nishing work with cement base putti, acrylic based putty. Epoxy paint, UPVC door frames, PVC doors, shutters & other misc. allied aluminium work with polyester powder coating, glassing doors & windows with 5.5 mm thickness float/frosted glass, anodizing aluminium grill etc. as per approved drawing and with all transportation loading, unloading etc. as per direction of engineering incharge."
