Hexagon head bolt M16x2.0 mm (thread pitch)x80 mm (length), fully threaded, conforming to ISO 4017. A 4.3 +/- 0.1 mm (diameter) transvers e hole shall be drilled through the threaded portion. The centre of the hole shall be located 10 +/-2 mm from the threaded tip. The hole shall be drilled and de burred prior to application of surface coating. Mechanical properties shall comply with Property Class 10.9 in accordance IS: 1367(Part 3) Surface finish: Zinc fl ake coating (Geomet321 or similar) in accordance with ISO 10683 with coating thickness 8-12 micron, with top coat, without any hexavalent chromium, witho ut any integrated or separately added lubricant. Minimum salt spray test life of 1000 hours is to be ensured. The bolt shall be free from burrs, sharp edges, cr acks, laps, and other manufacturing defects. ACCEPTED MAKES: TVS/UNBRAKO/ LPS Bossard.
