Note: [1]. Tenderer shall su bmit the clause wise compliance for the attached specification at Annexure-A. [2]. The tenderer should clearly indicate t he model of the subject item offering, along with the specifications at the time of tender offer. [3]. Warranty period shall be 12 months from the date of acceptance of the material, Warranty certificate shall be submitted along with the materi al in the name of SSE/M7/ELS/BZA. [4]. Firm shall quote any one Make for the tendered description along with valid Auth orization, if vendor offers/bids for more than one make or if the firm mentions, 'as per tender' in their bid(s), their offer will be summarily rejected.
