Auction / Sale (Vehicle / Scrap) Sarvdharan is informed that due to non-payment of residual sugarcane value and outstanding salaries of workers, electricity dues and other dues at Govind Nagar Sugar Mill (A Unit of Phenyl Sugar Pvt. Ltd.) Walterganj Basti, the vested amount of the RC issued by the Sugarcane Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh Lucknow and the Court, Deputy Labor Commissioner, Basti Division, has been deposited. Due to not doing so, the announcement of auction of partial vehicle (scrap) valuation list under the attached movable property of Sugar Mill Walterganj Basti (Fenil Sugar Ltd.) has been issued by Deputy District Magistrate Sadar-Basti on RC Form 39. The auction date of the above has been fixed from 10 AM on 12.11.2026 to 02 PM on 13.11.2026 through the forward auction of GeM portal. The minimum bid (total appraised value) for the auction of vehicles parked in the mill has been fixed at Rs 10, 00, 000/- (ten lakh rupees). Interested persons can upload Form Submission (PQ) till 31.10.2026 to participate in the said auction. And only bidders with approved forms will be eligible to participate in the auction.
