Goods design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and manufacturing of Heavy duty Eleavator of machine room type, Gear less type of 6 person capacity/ 408 kgs with a speed of 1.00m/sec, centre opening sliding, double door type with four stops and four opening for 4 floors (G+3) with warranty of Two(02) years as per the Spec No. RDSO/2013/EM/SPEC/0016 (Rev ?2?) -2025 with latest amendments. The elevator shall be with lift working/failure information through GPRS enabled SMS alert system CCTV inside the lift car connecting to security system through wireless/wifi and Audio announcement features and other features.( 06 persons) (AMC)-Comprehensive Annual maintenance contract (CAMC) of installed lift for 6 passenger lifts with four stops for 4 floors (G+3). The CAMC will cover periodical servicing, maintenance, repairing of lifts, inclusive of all spares, material and labour cost for fifth year (5th Year) as per and RDSO Specification no.RDSO Spec. No.RDSO/2013/EM/SPEC 0016 (Rev2)-2025 or latest. Detailed conditions of CAMC have been attached as Annexure-B. The CAMC rates are for per lift per month.
