Auction Detail: Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU), Kanpur is conducting a Forward Auction for the selection of a Sports Academy/Agency for the Operation, Maintenance, Management, Development and Revenue Generation of the newly constructed Eklavya Sports Complex (Cricket Facility) situated within the University campus. The facility comprises a full-size cricket ground with practice area and associated infrastructure. The successful bidder shall professionally operate the facility by conducting coaching programmes, organizing practice sessions, tournaments, training camps, and other approved sporting activities, while ensuring optimum utilization and maintenance of the infrastructure. The engagement shall be on a revenue-sharing basis as specified in the bid document. The successful bidder shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the sports complex, deployment of qualified coaches and operational staff, promotion of the facility, organization of sporting events, and generation of revenue through approved activities including coaching programmes, tournaments, sponsorships, advertising, and facility hiring. All operations shall be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bid document and in coordination with the University to ensure sustainable development and efficient management of the sports complex.
