Auction Detail: E-Auction CHANDIGARH CARNIVAL-2026 FOOD AND OTHER ITEMS The Chandigarh Tourism is organizing Chandigarh Carnival from 20th to 22nd November 2026 at Open Ground opposite Museum & Art Gallery, Sector 10, Chandigarh. Reputed interested parties are invited in the e-bid to run food stall/other stalls along with an earnest money in the shape of Demand Draft of Rs. 50, 000/- in favour of Director Tourism Department, Chandigarh, payable at Chandigarh. The proof of EMD submitted shall be uploaded online while filling up of e-bid. Food items (including beverages & water) should be of highest standards. The Reserve Price for the e-bid of Food and Other Items is Rs. 2, 81, 000/- inclusive of GST. Approximately 1500-1600 sq. feet of total area would be earmarked for setting up of all stalls. The successful bidder can set up required number of stalls in this area. Any intoxicants, tobacco products, liquor and such shall not be permitted. Highest hygiene & food safety standards shall be ensured by the parties. The Director Tourism, Chandigarh reserves the right to accept or reject any/all stalls without assigning any reason and can increase or decrease number of stall space. Minimum Eligibility Criteria The bidder should have valid PAN Number. The bidder should have valid GST Number. The bidder should have valid FSSAI License. The Bidder should not have been blacklisted by any State/Central Government/ Public Sector Undertaking. The bidder should submit an affidavit in this regard. Other Terms & Conditions Area of putting the stalls space will be specified/allotted by the Committee constituted by Tourism Department. The interested parties may visit office on any working day i.e. from 09:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. for a site visit. A representative will show the site. In case any fake document/invalid document is submitted by the bidder, he/she/entity will be blacklisted by Chandigarh Administration. The participation amount/EMD will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders....
