Existing building/structure to be auctioned through -"GeM Forward Auction" for demolition.(Re -Auction) * Auction shall be on **“as is where is”** basis. * Successful bidder shall carry out complete demolition and removal of debris at his own cost. * All labour, machinery, tools and transportation shall be arranged by the bidder. * Salvage/dismantled material shall be removed as per auction terms. * Bidder shall ensure all necessary safety measures and statutory compliance. * Any damage caused during demolition shall be the bidder-s responsibility. * Site shall be completely cleared and handed over after demolition. * Payment and completion shall be as per -GeM Forward Auction terms & conditions.

Auction Detail: Terms & Conditions The highest bidder shall be accepted at the highest bid amount from the prescribed amount, and a work order shall be issued accordingly. Every bidder shall be required to deposit the prescribed security amount before participating in the auction & Bidder(s) who have participated in the previous tenders, either offline or through GeM Auction ID-40261, may submit the EMD/FDR amount deposited in the previous tender, and the same shall be accepted for this tender. Before participating in the auction, the bidder shall inspect the old buildings and residential buildings and assess their condition. No claim in this regard shall be entertained later. The highest bidder shall be responsible for demolishing the old building/residential building in such a manner that no loss or damage to any kind of movable property occurs. The highest bidder shall be responsible for any loss of movable property and shall bear the cost of making good such loss. The bid amount shall include demolition of the buildings, removal of the entire debris and complete cleaning of the work site. The earnest money/security amount of the highest bidder released after completion of work. The highest bidder shall deposit the applicable GST as per rules on the accepted bid amount and shall submit a copy of the receipt in this office. The right to cancel the auction shall vest with the Competent Authority. After acceptance of the bid by the Competent Authority, the bid amount shall be deposited within 10 days. Along with this, the work of demolishing the old building/residential building and removing the debris shall be completed. In case of delay, the EMD amount shall be forfeited and further action shall be taken as per rules. The stipulated time for demolition of the old buildings and residential buildings shall be 45 days, and the stipulated time for complete removal of the debris shall be 15 days.
