Request for Proposal for Engaging Travel, Accommodation & Visa Service Provider. We have a global presence with offices internationally and within India and require extensive travel services that can support our business activities. The selected travel agency will be responsible for managing all aspects of our corporate travel program. Scope of Work
•Domestic and international air ticketing covering all sectors/ airlines.
•Provides train tickets in general/ tatkal quota.
•Provide Car Rental/ Cab services in India, and internationally.
•Hotel accommodations in India, and internationally
•Provide Visa and Passport Assistance
•Travel insurance and foreign exchange (travel related) Duties and Responsibilities
1. Travel reservations, issuance and delivery of E-tickets or paper tickets for air, rail or land transportation with advance seat assignments.
2. Securing reservations for lodging accommodations within ICARDA permissible per diem for domestic and international locations.
3. Coordinating commercial car rental services for domestic and international travellers, when required.
4. Advice on necessary health requirements, including types of inoculations and vaccinations whether required or suggested for foreign travel.
5. Providing comprehensive assistance on Visa and Passport related services (including Tatkal Passport)
6. A reliable support team and app-based services to assist staff 24/7 with queries through official emails, phone etc., including weekends/odd hours.
7. Providing round the clock support for travel insurance and foreign exchange (for international travellers) at best rates.
8. Comprehensive support in organizing all travel related documents
