Engagement of Architect Cum Design Consultant for Surveying, Geotechnical & Soil Investigation, Conceptual Design, Architectural Planning & Drawings, Carrying out all Related Design & Drawings, Structural Design, Detailed Estimate, Preparation and Submission of Detailed Project Report (Dpr) As-Well-As Arranging Approval of the same by our Client and Also Providing Consultancy Services during Different Stages of Execution of the Project in Connection with Construction of New Government Medical College, Staff Quarters, Girls and Boys Hostels at Gokaldas Tejpal (G.T.) Hospital, Mumbai, Maharashtra under Directorate of Medical Education and Research (Dmer), Govt. of Maharashtra, Mumbai /Under Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) of Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai. Appointment of Architect-cum-Design Consultant for construction of new Government Medical College, Staff Quarters, and Girls and Boys Hostel at Gokuldas Tejpal (G.T.) Hospital, Mumbai. This includes survey, geotechnical and soil investigation, concept design, architectural planning and Includes drawings, preparation of all related designs and drawings, structural design, detailed estimates, preparation and submission of Detailed Project Report (DPR) and getting it approved by the client. Additionally, consultancy services will also have to be provided at different stages of the project work.
