500 LPD solar water heater Tank - Heat Exchanger, Hot Water Storage tank made out of SS 304 with TIG/MIG Welding having 1.0 mm Shell Thickness and 1.2 mm Dish Thickness with Pre GI-Outer Cladding after 50 mm PUF Insulation having density not less than 32 Kg/Meter Cube. With In Built Heat Exchanger of SS304, with provision of Electrical Heater 2 Nos. 2KW, Cold Water inlet, Hot Water outlet, Collector - Inlet and Outlet and Sacrificial Anode. with 4 Nos. Solar Flat Plate Collector of minimum 2030 x 1030 mm size for minimum 2.0 Sq. Mtr. Collector should be housed in Al. Extrusion of 1.4 mm with 0.45 mm Al Back Sheet and covered with 3.2 mm toughened, Low Iron, Solar Thermal Textured Glass.
