Governor of J&K UT, Regional Director, Evaluation & Statistics, Kashmir invites the interested and eligible parties to participate in the e-auction of obsolete, unserviceable and other damaged stock lying at the Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Srinagar, Bemina and its subordinate offices within the complex viz., office of Regional Director, Evaluation and Statistics, Kashmir and School of Applied Economics and Statistics, Srinagar on "AS IS WHERE IS" and “WHATEVER THERE IS” basis through GeM-Portal. CRITICAL DATES: 1 Date of issuance of Auction Notice 11 -03-2026 (Wednesday) 2 Bid submission start date 14 -03-2026 (Saturday at 12:00 Noon) 3 Last date & time of submission of bid 04-04-2026 (Saturday at 12:00 Noon) 4 Date and time of opening of bid 04-04-2026 (Saturday at 03:00 P.M) 5 Name & designation of Auction Authority Regional Director, Evaluation & Statistics, Kashmir. Online bid must be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 5000/-. EMD shall be submitted in the form of DD/CDR/FDR pledged to the Regional Director Evaluation & Statistics, Kashmir payable at Srinagar with a validity of 6 months. The scanned copy of EMD may be uploaded on the portal whereas the hard copies of EMD must reach to the office of the undersigned before the last date & time of submission of bid, either by post or can be handed over during office hours on all working days, failing which the auction form submitted by the bidder shall be treated as invalid and the bid shall be rejected summarily. Under e-Waste (Management) Rules, 2016, bidders for relevant tenders or contracts must hold a valid Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) certificate or authorization.
