Auction Detail: Indian Institute of Management Udaipur invites online bids through GeM Forward Auction Portal for disposal of unserviceable/obsolete books available at IIM Udaipur Campus on an “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”. The approximate quantity of books is 4000 kg. The books shall first be shredded by the successful bidder using their own shredding machine in the presence of Institute representatives and thereafter lifted from the campus. The auction shall be conducted through GeM Forward Auction in accordance with the provisions of General Financial Rules (GFR) 2017, GeM Forward Auction Guidelines, and other applicable Government rules.
