Gate Requirement: Gate trigger current, IGT: ≤ 300 mA & Compa tible with industrial thyristor firing circuits. Module similar(Module shall be electrically and mechanically int erchangeable with Semikron SKKT 570/16 E) to SKKT 570/ 16 E of Semikron make. The bidder shall upload the detailed datasheet of the offered product along with the offer.
