Double End CTRB Mounting Machine for mounting the CTRB simultaneously from both ends o f Wheel Set, Cap. 70T. As per technical specification given below : (1) Hydraulic Power Pack : Double speed maximum working pressure of 450 Kg/Cm2 Pump, PCM, Level Gauge, Breather, Strainer and Pressure gaug e etc will be installed in the power pack. (2) Piston stroke of the cylinder : 450 mm (Minimum) (3) Capacity of the machine : 70 Ton(4) Speed (I) Advance (Idle stroke) 800 mm/Min (+/-10%) (ii) Installation : 110 mm/ Min (+/- 10%) (5) Type of cylinder :Hydraulic double acting (6) Jack adjusting height from rail level to centr e of installation tube : 360 to 560 mm (7) Type of wheel lifting jack : Supporting guide jack system with ma chine frame.
