Disposal of Unserviceable, Obsolete and Condemned Store Items through GeM Forward Auction

Auction Detail: It is notified for the information of the General Public / Interested Bidders that the Northern Zonal Accountancy Training Institute (NZATI), Finance Department, Government of Jammu & Kashmir is going to conduct a Forward Auction on the GeM Portal (e-auction) for the sale/disposal of unserviceable, obsolete, condemned and scrap store items on “As is Where is”, “As is What is”, “No Complaint” and “No Recourse” basis lying in the premises of NZATI, Muthi, Jammu vide Online bids are invited through the GeM Forward Auction Portal from eligible bidders for disposal of the materials detailed in Annexure-A. The auction shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the provisions of the General Financial Rules, 2017, GeM Forward Auction Guidelines and instructions issued by the Government from time to time. The items shall be sold to the bidder quoting the highest consolidated price for the entire lot. Bids are invited only for the complete lot as detailed in Annexure-A. Partial bids or bids for individual items shall not be accepted. Interested bidders may download the bidding document from the GeM Forward Auction Portal.
