ITI, Tada intends to dispose of various unserviceable items declared as scrap (metallic and non-metallic) through GeM Portal. The auction shall be conducted as per the following Terms and Conditions. All materials offered for sale are on an “As Is, Where Is, and No Complaint Basis.” Quantities are approximate and indicative. 2. Registration and Participation • Bidders must accept all Terms and Conditions before participating. 3. Inspection of Materials • The materials are available for inspection at Govt. ITI, Tada premises. • Bidders shall satisfy themselves regarding the nature, quantity, and condition of the scrap. No complaint will be entertained after bidding. 4. Mode of Auction • Each lot represents a group of items and cannot be subdivided or selectively lifted. • All items are being taken as a single lot. 5. Payment Terms • Payment shall be made via online transfer or demand draft to “IMC of Govt. ITI, Tada.” As per GeM instructions. 6. Taxes and Duties • The bidder shall bear all applicable taxes such as GST and TCS, prevailing at the time of dispatch. • Govt. ITI, Tada, will not provide concessional tax forms. • Any statutory variation in taxes/duties post-sale order shall be borne by the purchaser. 7.Settlement of Disputes • In case of any dispute, the decision of the Principal, Govt.
