Auction Detail: Quotations are invited in single bid systems from reputed firms for disposal of the condemned and un-serviceable serviceable metallic and non metallic waste like chairs, stools, benches, beds, tables, instruments etc on 'AS IS WHERE IS’ basis, as per details enclosed. 2. The tender document can be downloaded from GeM portal. The bid is required to be submitted online through GeM only. A single EMD amounting to Rs.7, 000/ (Rupees Seven Thousand only) may be submitted in favour of ‘MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT, BABU JAGJIVAN RAM MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, JAHANGIRPURI, DELHI’ in the form of DD/ Pay Order/ Banker’s Cheque along with other relevant documents (Copy of PAN Card, GST Registration of firm, Address proof). Bid in the form of cash will not be accepted. The bid may be submitted upto (as per gem) ___by___Hours. The bids received will be opened on --(as per GeM) at __Hours or after 30 minutes from the closing of bidding time in case of extension. 3. The sale against this enquiry shall be governed by the following Terms & Conditions:- Interested Parties may submit their highest bid including GST @ 18% for waste at GeM. No GST Bill shall be issued by the department. The successful bidder has to deposit the GST amount according to their BID at his own level and rest of the amount is to be deposited to the hospital along with proof of deposit of GST. Each bidder is required to submit relevant certificate of Registration, if any, issued by competent authority under relevant Rules. The disposal of waste shall be strictly on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” and no guarantee or certificate of its worthiness or quality will be given by this institution. If the highest /successful bidder accepted by the competent authority in this institution fails to deposit the sale price within the prescribed time limit, his/ her earnest money will be forfeited.
