With the subject matter, Ordnance Factory Bhandara (Unit of Munitions India Limited) has decided to dispose Mixed Waste Acid (NCWA), Qty-2560 MT through E-auction, by GeM forward Auction for the following lot with stated quantity. Mixed Waste Acid (NCWA) Lot No. 01. Name of the Store Mixed Waste Acid (NCWA) Material No. 14000234 Specification :- (a) Specific Gravity : 1.550 (Minimum) (b) H2SO4 : 54.0 + 4.0 % (c) HNO3 : 24.0 + 4.0 % (d) H2O : Balance Quantity for Disposal : 2560 MT GST Applicable : 5% GST + 2% TCS or As applicable at the time of delivery. The following will be the terms and conditions for Disposal of Mixed Waste Acid (NCWA) Qty-2560 MT. Terms & Conditions:- I. Delivery:- The subject acid will be issued to the firm as per availability & subject to positioning of tanker by buyer on the loading point of Store / AC Section in O. F. Bhandara, at 09:30 Hrs, except on Sundays & factory holidays. II. Inspection & Incoterms:- Ex-works / OFBa. III. Pre BID EMD:- As per PQ criteria qualified bidders have to deposit 5% pre bid EMD against base value of Material, through Demand Draft in favour of the Munitions India Limited, Ordnance Factory Bhandara, Jawaharnagar. The deposited amount as 5% EMD of successful H-I bidder will be adjusted as Sale Value in final Delivery Order or will be returned after submission of the 25% sale value amount as Security Deposit by successful H-I bidder. IV. Security Deposit:- The successful H-I bidder has to deposit 25% of the sale value as a security Deposit, deposited amount will be adjust as sale value of final delivery order value. V. Payment term: Being a running contract the buyer is allowed for make part payments also. Preferably, payment to be made in five instalments. The successful H-1 bidder has to deposit the cost of material (Including 5% GST + 2% TCS) for 500MT as a 1st instalme...
