No. Name of Items Qty 1 Desktops 82 2 Laptops 66 Terms and condition: - The bidders should enclose the self-attested copy of the Registration Certificate issued hy Central Pollution Control Board or by any State Government Pollution Board along with their bid. The successful bidder shall produce the original certificate as and when sought for by this office. 2. The entire e-waste items will be sold as a single lot on as is, where is basis to the successful bidder(s) and no part quotation will be considered. 3. Each bid document must contain Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 10000 (Rupees Ten thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft on any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in Favour of "PAO (Audit), Office of the Accountant General (A&E), Bihar, Patna payable at Patna. Bids received without EMD shall summarily be rejected. 4. The EMD of the successful bidder shall be released after depositing full amount and removal of the items from the premises subject to the satisfaction of this office. 5. Inspections of items The inspection of material can be done carefully by the prospective bidders or their representative at the office premises for which they can contact Sh. Suveen Kumar, Assistant Audit Officer (AMS) O/o the AG (Audit) Bihar, Patna between 03.00 P.M to 05.00 P.M. Queries can be raised to the concerned officer at the time of inspection. No further clarification shall be entertained, after the above inspection. No request for inspection after submission of the tender will be accepted. 6.
