Auction Detail: Disposal of Copper Scrap consisting of Strips, Chips etc in “AS IS WHERE IS” basis, “AS IS WHAT IS” basis and "NO COMPLAINT" basis. Item: Copper Scrap consisting of Strips, Chips etc. Quantity: 700 Kgs. Note: Offered Bid / Rate shall be quoted on Unit of Measurement (per Kg) basis only. Time allowed for lifting of materials: 30 Days from the date of release of Sale Order. Validity of the Bid: 120 days. Bidders will not be permitted to participate in auction without submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amounting to Rs. 70, 000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand Only) must be in the form of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of "Pay & Accounts Officer, Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology”, payable at ‘Indore’ and copy of the same must be uploaded in GeM portal on or before 17/02/2026 up to 15.30 hrs. Original Demand Draft of EMD, Annexure - B (in original) of ATC duly stamped and signed by the buyer shall be physically dropped in Stores Tender Box kept at Guard House, CISF, RRCAT(IRSU), INDORE in sealed envelope superscribing boldly Tender Number 168 / Auction ID: 30145 or shall be sent by Speed Post so as to reach Asst. Stores Officer, IRSU, RRCAT, Indore, before the EMD due date and time. i.e., 17/02/2026 up to 15.30 hrs. However, delay if any in speed post or non-receipt of the sealed envelope within the due date and time solely attributes to the bidder. EMD Amount: Rs. 70, 000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand Only). LAST DATE OF EMD PAYMENT: 17/02/2026 up to 15.30Hrs. EMD will be forfeited if the bidder withdraws or amends, impairs or derogates from tender/auction in any respect within the period of validity of the tender/auction.
