BOQ Item Description: DIESEL GENERATOR SET ( 600 KVA Diesel Generator), Supply of 415 V, 1 No x 600 kVA (Prime Rated) silent DG Set with DG PCC comprising of AMF panel Control panel, Control cabling between DG and DG PCC etc., Acoustic encloser, Exhaust system, elbow, bellows, AVM pads, lube oil system, cooling system, Diesel oil system, including External Day Tank of 990 litre capacity or more as per technical specifications with magnetic level switch, inter connecting control cables and cable accessories (including weather proof double compression Ni plated brass cable glands and cable lugs) between DG enclosure and DG PCC, Base Channels etc. as per attached specifications. First filling of engine oil, lubricant etc.complete with all required accessories. Height of Stack shall be as per PCB norms. Performance load test at site, Residential silencer, spark arrestor, complete stack, ladder, provision of testing for pollution, one number Lightning arrestor (1000mm long 20mm dia.). Aviation obstruction lamp ( 2 x 15 W LED ultrabright ( RED) colour ) for DG Set stack shall be in the scope of Bidder. Exhaust pipe ((a) Asbestos rope lagging from DG exhaust up to silencer for insulation (dia 250mm or as per manufacturer) b) Glass wool insulation and cladding in Aluminium sheeting (24 G) for DG sets beyond silencer (dia 350mm or as per manufacturer) as per manufacturers recommendations/CPCB -CEA Regulations). Note folllowing items shall be inclusive with the DG set a. Supply of LT Power cables from DG set to PCC (Refer attached SLD) and external earthing system for DG sets.
