DGA Calibration Gas mixture (Standard gas) in 500ml cylinder aluminium can contain 10 litre s of available gas at pressure 20 kg/cm2 with following compositions, 1) 1000 PPM - Methane, 2)1000 PPM- Ethane, 3) 1000 PPM -Ethylene, 4) 1000 PPM-Acetylene, 5) 1000 PPM-Hydrogen, 6) 5000 PPM - Carbon dioxi de, 7) 5000 PPM -Carbonmonoxide, 8) Balance-Nitrogen Note:- 1) Firm shall supply in cans of each capacity 500 ml with septum type needle valve for drawing the gas. 2) Gas composition and gas quantity certificate must be provided & its traceability to: NPL Delhi, Preparation Tolerance +/-10%, Certificate Accuracy +/-2 %, Stability 12 Months minimum along with the supply of material.
