Tender for Development and execution of a comprehensive digital content strategy for video posts across Facebook (30 seconds-3 minutes), Instagram (Story 15 seconds), and YouTube (Shorts 15-60 seconds, Long videos 1-5 minutes), all produced in 9:16 ratio where applicable. The scope of work will include preparation of a structured monthly calendar, creation of multilingual content in Marathi, Hindi, and English, and design of platform-optimized graphics and videos. Deliverables will cover captions and hashtags, publication of project updates with photos and videos, and transparent communication through informative visuals, infographics, and government-standard designs. Short and long videos will be produced with professional intros, outros, titles, and background music, while posting, scheduling, and coordination across all platforms will be managed systematically. Comments will be monitored with informative responses, misuse will be controlled, and periodic reports will be submitted to the concerned department. Secure data management, storage, and backup of all content will be ensured, with all outputs adhering strictly to platform etc. completed. As per Government of India regulates digital content under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and prevailing guidelines/ act required permissions related to this and as directed by Engineer in Charge
