The tender is for the appointment of a Developer for a Slum Rehabilitation Scheme under Regulation 33(10) of DCPR 2034 in Greater Mumbai. The project involves the redevelopment of land bearing CTS No. 134A & 134B (pt.) in Mauje Kurla Part -2, which has been declared as a Slum Rehabilitation Area. The selected Developer will enter into a tripartite Development Agreement with the Trust and the slum dwellers' society, and must pay a non-refundable upfront land premium and offer a share of the free-sale component upon project completion.
