Design, Development, Manufacture, Supply, Testing and Commissioning of Microprocessor Controlled IGBT based 3 Phase Propulsion Equipment for MEMU (On Board - 12 Car Rakes) as per RDSO SPEC No. RDSO/PE/SPEC/EMU/0163 (REV- 3)-2022 with Addendum/Corrigendum 1, 2, 3 & 4 and further Addendum/Corrigendum. Qty-114 Rakes (Each rake Comprising 02 DMC+01NDMC+09 TC) including tools and CAMC of 5 years post warranty for designated items. The firm to provide necessary instrumentation and special tools as per clause no. 1.3.7 of RDSO spec required for commissioning and field- testing of the equipment.
Pneumatic system comprising of main air compressor (Splash lubricated/Oil free) along w ith mounting frame assembled with 3 phase induction motor, filters and pressure switches, control & ai r dryer, filters etc., as per clause 4.14.17 of RDSO specification. The bidder should indicate the type of compressor offered in this bid. (one set per Basic Unit), Spare Qty-34 Set. [Warranty Period: the bidder shall provide Comprehensive warranty from the date of supply to the date of commission and further bi dder shall also provide Comprehensive warranty for 2 years from the date of commissioning of rake].
