Auction Detail: Office of Block Education Officer Kurara, District Hamirpur Terms and conditions for the auction of council school buildings declared dilapidated and the unusable material received from them 1. Upper Primary School Bilota Development Block Kurara 2. Nature and condition of auction material 2.1 The details of each building, location, available material, estimated quantity, current condition and reserve price, where applicable, will be clearly mentioned in the auction document/GeM Forward Auction. 2.2 The auction material will include bricks, rebar, iron, wood, doors, windows, door frames, tin, stones, debris and other unusable materials as mentioned in the respective lot. 2.3 The bidder himself will assess the actual quantity of material, quality, wear and tear, usefulness, structural condition and risk related to demolition. 2.4 After acceptance of the bid, price reduction, compensation, auction cancellation or any other claim on the basis of expected difference in quantity/quality will generally not be accepted. 3. Site Inspection and Pre-Bid Testing 3.1 Interested bidders will be able to pre-inspect the concerned school/building within the stipulated period, where inspection facility will be provided by the department. 3.2 No subsequent objection or claim for additional payment/price adjustment on the basis of non-inspection or inadequate inspection will be accepted. 4. Earnest Money (EMD/Bid Security) 4.1 Every bidder, where provision for EMD/DD/FDR/Cheque has been made in the GeM Forward Auction module/approved ATC, is required to deposit an amount of Rs 5000 of the reserved/estimated auction price through the prescribed online mode.
