Auction Detail: It is hereby informed that the building of some Parishadiya Vidyalaya of Development Block- fatehpur chaurasi, District-UNNAO, has become old, dilapidated and unsafe for use. The condition of the building has been assessed/inspected by the competent authority, and the structure has been declared unfit for further use. In view of the unsafe condition of the building and in the interest of the safety of students, teaching staff and other persons, approval is hereby accorded for the demolition/dismantling of the said dilapidated buildings. The dismantling/demolition shall be carried out as per the applicable rules and under the supervision of the concerned competent authority. The salvage/dismantled materials, including bricks, iron, doors, windows, roofing materials and other recoverable materials, shall be disposed as per the prescribed Government procedure. The following conditions shall be complied with: 1.The demolition/dismantling work shall be undertaken only after ensuring all necessary safety precautions. 2.The site shall be properly cordoned off during the demolition process to prevent any accident. 3.The successful bidder shall be permitted to lift the auctioned material only after receipt of the full sale consideration and completion of all required formalities. 4.The bidder shall be responsible for dismantling, loading, transportation and removal of the auctioned materials from the school premises, wherever applicable, at his/her own cost and risk. 5. The entire process shall be properly documented and the records of demolition, valuation, auction and disposal shall be maintained for audit purposes. 7. EMD is compulsory to participate in the bidding process. EMD is 10% of the value. It should be uploaded in the GEM portal and deposited in the concerned office in the form of DD/FDR. The list and rate of building is uploaded in the auction.
