Auction Detail: Terms and Conditions 01- It will be mandatory to upload status/character certificate under the forward auction service and facility on GeM portal. 02-After opening of tender on GeM portal, security amount of Rs 50, 000.00 (fifty thousand) will be deposited in favor of District Magistrate Firozabad. Rupees only) (Draft) have to be deposited immediately. 03- Under the forward auction service and facility on GeM portal, the highest accepted bidder will have to immediately deposit 1/2 of the total bid amount in the Nazarat section. 04- The remaining 1/2 part of the accepted bid will be paid in two equal installments. In this case, the first installment will have to be deposited on 01 April, 2026 and the second installment on 01 September, 2026, otherwise the contract will be cancelled. 05-No concrete construction of any kind will be done for refreshments and cycle stand/parking. 06-Auction accepted/rejected The full authority to do this lies with the District Magistrate Firozabad. 07-Persons who are already defaulters will be considered ineligible to bid for the auction. 08-Refreshment canteen etc./cycle stand/parking contract after getting approval from the District Magistrate, Deputy Registrar Office, It will be mandatory to get the contract executed in Firozabad, the expenses on which will be borne by the contractor of the refreshment canteen/cycle stand. 09- It will be mandatory to put up a sign board regarding refreshment canteen etc./cycle stand/parking on which vehicles are allowed to stop. It will be necessary to mention the rent for parking at the stand and the price/rate list of the goods being sold at the refreshment canteen. 10- It will be the complete responsibility of the contractor to maintain cleanliness at the refreshment canteen and cycle stand/parking lot. 11-Cycle stand contract And if any irregularity is found in the contract of refreshment canteen, it can be canceled without giving any prior notice. 12-In any kind of dispute, the dec...
