The setup shall consist of electrical control elements suitable for practicing control circuits using banana plugs and sockets for easy and safe connections. The panel board shall be fabricated using a sturdy 40 mm x 40 mm aluminum conveyor frame, incorporating a main input panel with provisions for connecting two bulbs, tube light, AC fan, digital ammeter, voltmeter, energy meter, intermediate switch & house bell wiring. The assembly shall be mounted on a mild steel table, topped with 18 mm ply glossy finished with a durable laminate surface & all 4 sides shall be fitted with a PVC edge band for added protection and an aesthetically clean finish.

The panel shall be constructed using a 40 mm x 40 mm aluminum conveyor frame and shall feature a main input panel equipped with a push-button station, an under and over voltage protection relay and a contactor station, with all terminals brought out for trainees to practice wiring exercises. The entire assembly shall be mounted on a mild steel table, topped with 18 mm thick plywood, finished with a durable laminate surface and edged on all four sides with PVC edge banding for protection and a clean appearance.
