Auction Detail: Manasbal Night Canteen – 140.54 sft (13.5 ft X 10.41 ft) The night canteen located in the premises of the Manasbal Hostel is a permanent brick structure, complete in all respects. The canteen has a cooking area of 140.54 sq. ft. There are windows on the three sides for dispensing food items. There is no space for serving the food, plumbing and electrical services in place. 1. The bidder should have proper registration for the job, having valid GST No. & Pan No and have also three years’ experience as mentioned below. 2. The bidding firm should have experience in managing institute cafeterias, canteens, private/public restaurants, or cloud kitchens for the minimum of three years. 3. The minimum monthly rent of Rs 15/- per square foot will be the starting bid price with an incremental bid value of Rs 1.5/- per square foot. 4. The contract shall be for a period of two years and extendable by one more year depends upon the performance of the shopkeeper. 5. The bidder is required to deposit EMD / bid security of Rs. 10, 000/- through online mode only. 6. The successful bidder shall have to deposit the full amount of rent in advance and in one installment for the first year before taking the possession of the Indus Night Canteen and full rent of the subsequent years, one month before the beginning of subsequent years failing which the contract shall be annulled and security deposit forfeited. 7. The successful bidder shall have to deposit Rs. 50, 000/- (INR Fifty thousand only) as security deposit before taking over the possession of the Indus Night . Further the deposit shall be released after the contract is over. 8. The successful bidder shall have to enter into an agreement with the NIT Srinagar as per the terms & conditions of the NIT on judicial stamp paper duly signed by the first class Magistrate. 9.
