Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for Formulation of Asset Monetization Strategy and Capacity Building for National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). NHAI has expanded its financing sources by implementing asset monetization (AM) models, to monetize its toll road asset base. The key objectives of the Assignment are as follows: a) To provide capacity building to NHAI for strengthening its AM framework and create awareness of global best practices in AM models; b) To provide asset optimization, financial structuring and advisory services to the WB/NHAI with regard to various AM models, including Toll Revenue Securitization and conduct market sounding for a pilot portfolio, targeting both local and international investors.
