This transition is driving demand for integrated Life Sciences Real Estate that combines R&D, manufacturing, and incubation ecosystems. IFC, as the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, intends to evaluate this sector to support India's ambition of becoming a globally competitive life sciences destination.The study will focus on India's Life Sciences Park ecosystem across key pharmaceutical manufacturing clusters, R&D hubs, emerging biotech and medtech corridors, and innovation-driven geographies.The study will provide a high-level overview of the growth in Life Science ecosystems globally and identify the pace of growth in each of the major hubs. It is understood that there are cases where growth has slowed, and this should be examined and explained - potentially to highlight risks and mitigants (in terms of supply and demand).
