Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 16 Pass- enger Panoramic glass wall type Capsule Lift at Howrah Old Station Complex, automatically opera- ted with electronic controlling system ( Make - OTIS ) with repair and replacement of spare parts including drive motor, worn out thrust bearing, worm gears, guide shoes, jibs, brake bushes, brake mag- net coil, equipment for operating motor circuit, PCBs / electronic cards / software if any alongwith other electronic / mechanical parts and wire rope considering adequate factor of safety including equalising the tension to all hoisting rope, proper alignment of guide rail and repair and replacement of conductor cable and all safety devices as and when required for troublefree and continuous service of lift through out the contract period with the following works :i)Attention to break-down as and when called for including Saturday, Sunday and other Holidays. ii)Periodical maintenance of lift weekly, monthly and annually. iii)Replacement and repair of various components of lift as and when required. iv)Spray painting of Lift body and all ferrous compo- nents once in a year. v)Periodical examination of all safety device and governor for conducting schedule of safety checking. vi)Regular inspection, adjustment, lubrication of all necessary electrical / mechanical parts.
