The routine preventive service shall be for two times per year on half yearly basis and any repair/replacement work is covered under the scope of contract with unlimited break-down calls to be attended within 24 hrs of information. Any repair/replacement will be completed within 7 days of information. Downtime shall not exceed 18 days per year.
