BOQ Item Description: Comprehensive Maintenance of 2 Nos fully selective and duplex simplex full collective automatic control system of AC VVVF Drive with ARD including its battery 8 passengers Machine Room type Lift ic regular examinations lubrications and adjustment of equipment and carry out planned maintenance in a systematic and controlled manner replacementrepair of partscomponents become damaged and faulty due to normal wear and tear and during normal course of operations renew of wire ropesbelts chains etc as often as required to maintain an adequate factor of safety systematic examination and adjustment of all drives controls interlocks safety and protection devices sensors indicators cars guide rails etc. making all customary safety tests periodically and conducting an annual no load safety test on the equipment providing 24x7 emergency minor adjustment CALL BACK service at no extra charge etc complete as required as per scope of works special conditions terms and conditions attached 1st Year after warranty of 12 months
